We would like it to be known, that the Rick Haschel Memorial 5k, is not just for a great cause. We also have hope that it is going to be a premier 5k run. We have hopes of making this the type of race that runners are putting on their calendars to make sure to register and run. Our plan is to bring out elite and casual runners/walkers alike to race over a certified 5k course.

If you are looking to run a 5k in July (which we know you are!), the new later date for the Rick Haschel Memorial 5k is in hope that we will gain more runners from track season being over and cross country season getting ready to begin. This new date should allow more Indiana 5k seekers a chance at good weather. Also this will allow the 5k to be held during the Annual Power from the Past event, that is held in the Pulaski County Fairgrounds. We hope to see a lot of racers this year!
